Academy DTEK – Advanced Energy Education & Leadership Development

Founded in 2010, Academy DTEK is the establishment under DTEK dedicated to enterprise education and corporate training programs. Its main goal is to find and develop the future leaders. Throughout the years, the academy changed from a closed enterprise training facility to an open corporate university for everyone willing to learn. Nowadays Academy DTEK operates from its main site at UNIT.City in Kyiv, Ukraine, and has 10 branches across different regions of Ukraine.

Since 2019, the Academy DTEK has been recogniіsed as the best corporate university in the world in the nomination "Corporate Social Responsibility".

Academy DTEK specialises in countless progressive technologies, including renewable energy, energy management, cybersecurity in energy, and AI-driven solutions – and its programs reflect this.

The Change Energy initiative is a program for executives that focuses on adaptability to new technology, strategic planning, and understanding important environmental shifts. The ESG: Sustainability Leadership Program by DTEK Academy, on the other hand, dives deeper into international principles.

The training at the Academy DTEK programs is always an interactive. For instance, it utilises online gaming, quizzes, mazes, and crosswords. The interactive formats developed by the Academy DTEK team have been highly recognised by the CEEMAN community, the Central and Eastern European Management Development Association.

Building on this innovative approach, DTEK Academy has partnered with DTEK Oil&Gas to launch an educational program for managers in the oil and gas industry. This program is specifically designed to enhance the professional skills of top and middle-level managers.
