Structured across three phases to progressively de-risk and scale
Focus on proving commercial viability of existing discoveries
Phase 1:
- Up to 4 wells in Semerenky area
- Successful initial drilling and testing of Devonian horizon
- Estimated 2P reserves: 2.7 bcm
Follow-on phases:
- Additional 3–4 wells in Kovalivsko-Sulymivsky area
- Development of tight gas resources in Semerenky field

Project owner

DTEK Oil&Gas is the largest private oil and gas company and a technological leader in private gas production in Ukraine, operating in the Poltava, Kharkiv and Sumy regions.
